How did you decide your goal weight? Or should it even matter? Or just lose until you feel good about yourself and not base it off of your weight?

What's your favorite food to eat at a picnic? We decided every Sunday we are going to have a picnic but are stuck on food ideas. It has to be something that tastes good cold. Kid friendly and I don't care about the calories.

How to count marinade calories?
I'm thinking of making grilled chicken. I marinade my chicken in a homemade sauce over night and then dump the marinade in the garbage. I then baste the chicken with leftover sauce that wasn't used as marinade. How would I count the calories for that seeing as most of the sauce ends up being thrown away?

My husband needs to gain weight, fat, fast. He's stuck at 118lbs for months now. Any tips, suggestions, supplements, anything? He eats and eats but doesn't gain.

I have two young children one of which is not a huge veggie fan. What are some lunch and dinner ideas that are healthy, not a crazy amount of calories with hidden veggies?

Are there any exercises to tighten skin on lower abdomen?
I had 2 c-sections and now my lower stomach is saggy skin. I do see a little difference with what I do now (Zumba, situps, and crunches) but the skin still needs to be tightened. It really does stress me out because i lost 20 lbs and I see a huge difference in other parts of my body and barely there. Any tips or advice?
