I have been doing IF most of my weight loss journey and it has worked wonders. I noticed when I don't do IF I either maintain or gain. I do 13:11 now that my sons in school so I can eat breakfast with him in the morning and dinner with the family at night

Yes. Doing great so far! Yes. I always try to before I eat and then if i go into the kitchen at all. & mostly. Had junk food that past two days ;( but still lost so it's ok. It was just one thing both days and I Fit it in my calories for the day.

I like Body Fit By Amy on YouTube she has a few pregnancy workout videos. I liked to dance. I'd just blast music and dance around my living room with my older kids and be silly.

djletbreton I have to have c sections because the baby can't fit out. Sounds so weird to say it out loud. All my kids have big heads but thankfully they grow into them nicely lol Little man will be here in less then 48 hours! So excited.
