On days when I do both, I do a short (5-10 min) cardio warmup, then weights, then my main cardio workout. I started out with both weights & cardio, simply because I wanted the benefits of both.

If you have any signs of deficiencies, your doctor can easily test for that. I would only take what I knew I needed. I eat pretty healthy, but have some digestive issues that affect vitamin absorption. I take specific vitamins, but not a multivitamin (since I don't need half of it).

I can only speak for my gym. It seems to thin out each year around late Feb./early March.

This might seem silly, but I like that my body jiggles far less when driving over a bumpy road. And I agree with the healthy & fit goal, not "thin".

I hope this hasn't been said already, but "could of" or "would of". It's "could have" or "would have"! I'm not sure how grammatically wrong it is, but I also hate hearing/seeing "anyways". "Anyway" seems to get the point across just fine.

Carrots and Parsnips - nasty roots that taste like dirt. I love almost any other veggie, though.

Orange juice and other citrus fruits. I can have a very small amount, but even a whole grapefruit or large glass of OJ is a sure trigger.

Grossest was raw eel. Weirdest (but not bad at all) was mealworms, crickets, and superworms (beetle larvae).

I have the same issue with ellipticals at the gym (they estimate a few hundred calories higher that MFP). I always go with the lower estimate.
