  • Don't worry about the pound. In the beginning your muscles with be swollen and your body will retain water. This is totally normal. Don't focus on the scale for results. You will notice your body changing and clothes will get looser. Keep your focus. :)

  • I just got back from a trip and I continued to log in as much as I could. I ate what I wanted, but found that I was more aware of was I was eating and didn't eat as much. I also made healthier choices and used the stationary bike or swam for at least 20 minutes a day. You'll be fine, just enjoy yourself.
