Such an amazing story and jouney. I am inspried by you everyday. I wish my mom would get it together and get healthy. But for now, I will settle with me getting healthy and sharing this journey with you. Have a fabulous trip to Fiji. I know you will have many additional trips with your son.

That's fantastic. Stick with Jillian and she'll whip you into shape.

What you need to do is take that stressed out energy and get some exercise going. It will bring such relief to your stress levels. I bet you are also moody, because you know you haven't been eating right or exercising and you are beating yourself up. Just take the kids (leave the kitty at home) and go for a long walk. Work…

I would probably do Lvl 1 for a couple odf days just to get back into it, then move on to Lvl 2. Congrats on losing 3.8 lbs.
-
Day 4 Lvl 2. Getting stronger each day. Everyone's doing great.
-
I tend to feel sick after Lvl 2 also. But after a few minutes and lots of water, I feel bettter.
-
AWESOME!!! I bet that made you float home. :)

Just finished Day3 Lvl2 (15). I am 1/2 way through this. I have to say with all the love i can muster...I hate you, Jillian!!! (I heard that trainers take that as a compliment. Onward...To a better life!!!

You brought tears to my eyes. Your son sounds wonderful. I am proud of you as well for your accomplishments. I am also proud to call you an MFP friend. My daughter (9) and husband tell me almost daily they are proud me and it really gets me through rough times.
-
AMAZING!!!! I needed this today. I know you are so proud of yourself!!!

Yea yea I did it. Day2 Lvl 2. I didn't want to but my husband begged me to. He said I would be mad at myself in the morning, if I didn't workout. He even flipped a coin and won the toss. I got mad and then when I was finished pouting I worked out. Now I can sleep well. PS - I hate plank jumps!!! Or plank anything for that…
-
Day 1 Lvl 2 in the bag. It was great. I had a much better time of it that the 1st time I shredded. I still had trouble with the planks and had to take a break or 2, but I was not screaming in agony this time. Looking forward to doing again. Great job everyone, your all doing so well.

Well, I couldn't get out to do my run today or tonight so did Day 8 Lvl 1 tonight. Only 2 days left on Lvl1 :0) I tell you what I tried to quit serveral times tonight. But I didn't. I was having a hard time clearing my head. This has just been a long, HOT day. It was 108 at some point today. I am so bloated I can hardly…

Have you tried learning to knit. It is a great way to relieve stress. I promise. There are lots of videos online. I will IM you a great website. I learned 4 years ago and I promise it saved my life. (You think I exaggerate). Another benefit is that you end up with a nice little something when your finished.

What are the modified moves your do for your knees? Just curious, my knees are often sore. I know there is more impact on the knees in Lvl 2.
-
Just finished Day 7 Lvl 1 - Cardio was the eaiest it been for me. Plus, the workout just flew by tonight. Looking forward to starting Lvl 2, but I have already done it in the past so I know I should stick with 1 for a couple more days. I will start Lvl 2 next week (probably Mon) after my rest day. BTW, I bought a size 8…
-
You inspire me everyday. Love these pictures! You are beautiful in your new dress and heels!
-
I would do at least 10 days. Just because you aren't sore doesn't mean it's not working. Level 2 is a killer and I ended up going back to Lvl 1 for more time the 1st time I did the shred program.
-
Well, I did it. Lvl 1 Day 6. I sooooooo didn't want to work out tonight. I sat down on the sofa and tried to knit. But the JM in my head was shouting at me, so I got up and pushed my way through the workout. Glad I did, but that popcorn I had at the movies this evening made it tough on me. Now...I am going to knit…

Another mod is to do push ups on the wall while standing up. Then you will probably be able to do them with your knees bent on the floor after awhile.
-
It's 26 minutes with the warm up and cool down. My HRM has always said this.
-
Day 5 Lvl 1 tonight. I did 22 real push ups and16 mod push ups. Each night I get more real push ups. I'm 1/2 way to Lvl 2.
