I was wondering the same thing. Maybe ripped in 30. I will probably keep doing some of these excerises as I feel like they are helpful.

Finally finished D10 Lvl1. I will start Level 2 tomorrow. Oh how I wanted to just quit and not finish tonight. But I didn't want to cheat. I made it through and I can't wait to see what's next. I will measure tomorrow.

L1 D8 finished. It was awesome. I haven't worked out since Thursday. Looking forward to the next level...I'm not even worried about the planks that everyone is talking about. I will be happy to have the challenge.

Just finished Day 7. I even got it done before 11:30 at night...LOL I decided to do it before dinner. I might do something else later tonight.

Just finished Day 6. Only 4 more to go. Like some of you others, I am getting bored with Lvl 1. I am sometimes moving faster than the girls...seems odd.

I haven't bought the DVD or downloaded it. I found it through my cable "On Demand" feature. I went to "On Demand", Sports, Excercise, and found it along with many other workout programs. I bookmarked the 30 Day Shred Level 1. I will find levels 2 and 3 when I am ready. I didn't want to purchase until I knew I would use it.…

Well, I really dropped the ball this weekend. My complete my 5th day on Sunday. But I did burn 715 calories on Saturday doing yard work. So I will give myself a break for keeping my body moving. I also took my measurements and will add them to my signature tomorrow. I can't wait to see the changes. My scale hasn't moved in…

Just finished Day 4 of Level 1. I was able to keep up with Natilie more tonight. I still need to do girl push ups. I was grunting tonight. My arms and legs were screaming at me. I just finished day 4 of level 1. My stamina was better and I was able to do more high impact work tonight. I also held a can of tomatos (14oz) in each hand as weights tonight. The other 3 nights I didn't use any weight. I could def feel the difference.

Don't worry about the weight going up. When you begin exercising, your body swells and retains water. This adds to your weight. Keep it up and in a few days you will see a change on the scale.
