I still remember the day I did a 1x100 set of squats with 225 on my back. Pauses to catch my breath were allowed, but the weight had to remain where it was…no racking the bar. I did it. Don't recommend it, never gonna do it again. But I did it. 😮🏋🏻♂️💪🏻💀
