Both my gym partners and I noticed if we had tuna the day before we weighted more the next ? Why? Thought it was suppose to be good for you. For your question, no I have not heard of that. Tuna is low in sodium so it shouldnt dehydrate you or make us retain water. Just curious. Thanks,

I'm right there with you. I've caught myself not to give them a drawn out story and just say "thank you, but it sure doesnt feel like it." Like people say we are our worse critic. Keep up the great work.
