no i didnt really up my calorie intake because my strength training is pretty mild. I do like 4-5 different exercises per session ((3 sets of 12-15 per) so nothing excessive! i think it might be the lack of protein thing... thanks for your input though!

yeah you are totally right... my protein is way too low, you qre not the first to tell me this! . im not much of a meat eater.. but i will try to supplement with whey every day. Thanks for the tip.. :)
