Absolutely. I have been eating 1200 calories a day to lose a 1.5lbs a week. I am 43 years young and weigh 184. I have eating right and going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and staying from an hour to an hour and a half daily. I do that in the evening and do 30 minutes of strength training on my lunch breaks.

I am 43 years young, lol and I do allow myself a cheat day once a week and the reason I do that is because I'm in the gym everyday 6 days a week for 1 hour to 1 hour and a half (Eliptical and treadmill for cardio).
