My best motivation was always my before picture. I took my picture before I started to get healthy and posted it everywhere. I hated the way I looked and felt. Everytime I saw that picture I wanted to change. good luck. You can do it. Just put your mind to it and shoot for small goals to start. t

I see alot of man made carbs in your diet. Personally I try to omit that. I keep my carbs arount 125 grams a day, eat fruit and veggies (no Cheeto's) and maintain my goal weight in protein. good luck

If you do full body workouts instead of one group per day, that will help with the time issue. What works for me, is to set the same time every day to exercise. Perhaps changing your workouts up a bit? What do your 5 ' 6 day workouts consist of? Workout with a friend, substitute exercises, same for food. Change it up but keep it healthy. t

I try to keep my sodium at 2000 grams a day. You can go over easily with processed and restaurant food. Drink plenty of water to flush your system.

During the week, I'll have turkey bacon and fruit when I get to work, around 7AM / 7:30. with a cup of tea. Around 9AM I have a Shakeology and it fills me untill lunch 12 /12:30 On weekends I'll have a Shakeology blended with fruit and ice or a full egg breakfast (no bread) depending on time.

I need thew protein in the am. I don't want my body using my muscle for fuel.

I always go for the lean protein choices and ask for substitutions. Like I'll get chicken Marsala, skip the pasta and order spinich, stuff like that. Ice tea, no soda, 6ox steak extra veggies, skip the potato etc. and of course, NO Cheese Cake!

I'm in my 3rd week of Phase two. I uped all weights last night in shoulders and arms and my ballance is really improving. Taking the kids to disney for Easter so I'll be ready!

I'll rest for a day but at leat try to take a walk or something. You need your rest so don't go crazy but still try to do some activity.

started phase 2 of P90x2 today. Wow its been a while since doing that many pullups! A couple of the push up exercises were very tough. I could not do the one with my feet on the stability ball. I kept slipping! something to work towards.

I'll do hard boiled eggs sometimes, but usually its a Shakeology with fruit and I have 4 strips of turkey bacon!

I want to get to phase 2 but have decided to do a 5th week of phase 1. Mainly because I didn't rally push it last week and I'm going to Super Bowl this weekend. I'll start Phase 2 next week!

well said. I'm on my own 80 / 20 plan but sometime its less. I try and keep my carbs around 125grams a day. I started over a year ago and I love it. I don't stare but I am a guy, so I'll glance over to you and maybe give a nod. I'm there to workout though, so thats what I'm paying attention too. I do most of my workouts at home but go to the gym once in a while. I try and go as soon as it opens just to limit the distractions.
