I did the coaches test group of FIIT4, finished a couple of weeks ago. I really liked it. Plan on doing it again when it goes live next month. Best part was only 4 days a week. It took some time to get use to not going hard every day but you'll need the days off to recover. Happy Fall all!

I've been working out at home for 7 years! I don't miss the gym at all. I love just rolling out of bed, pushing play and being in the shower at my home in under an hour! No driving to a gym, waiting for equipment or freezing my butt off. All my workouts are on demand as well. I wouldn't trade BB on demand for anything!

Have fun and pace yourself. Find someone running at your pace and stay with them. For your second 5k, try to better your time and keep doing that each time. stretch before and after and keep moving once your done. Don't just stop

Loved P90X3. Finished it in March. I've been mixing T25, P90X3 and Les Mills Combat. All 3 are good and the workouts are quick and energetic. One in a while I'll do Insanity or P90X but the 3 programs I mentioned are really doing it for me right now. I'll be 50 in Nov and I'm in the best shape of my life! Love it.

I'm on week 8 day 5. Loving the 30 min a day. After phase 1, I was down 5 lbs and body fat was down 8%. Looking to push hard this last phase which starts Saturday!

I try and take in 80 - 90 % of my goal weight. ( 140g) Too much more is a waste because the body can't break it down.

When I started P90X I was a 36 inch waist. Today I'm a 31! I weighed 178 and today 150. I feel great too. I'm only 5'5, 49 years old (short guy)

Keep the portions small on the bad but enjoy the season and all the goodies it has to offer.

I don't drink like I use to. I may have a beer now and then (mich ultra). Mostly, I'll drink Gin with a diet gingerale. A few a week and I post it like my other calories.
