I'd go to the reunion to see friends I haven't seen in some time. You see the work folks every day. I'm sure the wedding couple would understand that. Send them a nice card and a gift and then go party your butt off with friends.

I own this as well. Its fun, can be a little dated at times but you get a good workout. I'm no hip hop dancer so doing in my basement works for me!

I use gloves but never thought of wrist weights. I like being able to make a tight fist. Burns more!

Lock it up in a closet! The scale can be a dangerous thing. If you're doing all the right things, the scale can be discouraging, still. Look in the mirror, how do you feel? how are the clothes fitting? are you tone etc.... Weigh once in a while at the same time is my suggestion but don't live by it.

Working with a group is the best wat to stay focused and on point. What I do in my challenge groups is make sure each person in the group post that day's workout, what they did, how it felt, what was hard, what was easy, each member can now motivate and get motivated. Hey, Good luck! I have a P90X challenge group starting on Saturday as well! It all depends on intesity. Avg between 4 and 500 calories. Do it with a group to keep you motivated!

Everybody has their own ideas on this. I just try to avoid any man made carbs. The things that come in the pretty boxes on the store shelves. However, I'll have it now and then. Great results. Don't get to discoureged if it slows a bit. You always loose more in the first phase. Keep it up. You look great. P90X changed me in 2009 and I've never looked back! Just wait and see! Good luck to you. t

I drank a ton of Coke. I was able to go cold turkey and stop soda. IStopped bying it and switched to water. One thing I d drink is unsweetened Ice tea. Its very good I i now drink tea instead.
