What are the best gym machines or exercises for losing mid section weight and thigh weight ?

You can't spot reduce fat. It's lost through consistent calorie deficit over time. Engaging in a good strength training program along the way and getting adequate protein intake will help preserve muscle as you lose the fat, but you can't target where the fat comes from. This is to true, my pants feel loose. But my gut looks the same, time, time, time.... Keep eating and losing0 -
Diet, diet, and diet. But, hanging leg raises, if too difficult at first, try hanging knee raises.1

I figured diet was the only solution. I lost 30lbs already just watching my diet but I admit I could do better.
