Animation in facial expressions, build and movement, way they look when they laugh. I also love bone structure and pretty faces it is nice when looking at someone doesnt get mundane.

Teeth...all 32 better be there lined up fairly straight.

Smile and eyes. And while height doesn't necessarily factor in when I find someone attractive, I am drawn to tall men (because I'm tall). Ultimately, though, personality, confidence, humor, intelligence, and how someone treats other people are the things that will truly drive attraction for me.
