I keep hearing the whole seeds aren't absorbed but I just put some whole seeds on top of my nutella toast this morning and it was really good and I did not have diarrhea. But I chewed them up. I will be getting a grinder. Went to use mine this morning and saw it had broken :(

When I feel like this I eat some Oikos Greek Caramel yogurt. It is full of protein so it helps fill me up. I also find Pistchaio's very filling! but I have days where ALL I wanna do is EAT!

I think taking 2 days off every week is a bit excessive. I don't see how you will lose weight that way. We all have our off days though so try not to feel guilty about it.

I love them. They are big but I don't m ind it. I hope they stay big as I continue to lose weight. I would consider a boob lift one day when I'm older.

I just tried these. The taste is really good but the texture is horrible. They don't form very well, so next time I try this I will add a little bit of flour for mine. I think this is a recipe my kids will love as well.

Well first of all, yay YOU for realizing its time to take your health into your own hands. What I have found that helps me the most is to set mini goals for myself. Once I achieve those, they create a larger "whole" bigger goal.

I g otta say I notice shoes a lot. If the guy is attractive, dresses nice but fails to pay attention to his shoes, I would not consider him well dressed. whereas a guy in a t shirt, jeans and nice casual shoes I will notice more. Shoes can say a lot about a person.

You should take pics, that way you can compare yourself. Sometimes you lose weight a little bit in different places so you may not drop a size but you may lose an inch around your waist. Try not to get discouraged.

Is it muscle? have you retained water? is it time for your cycle that would cause you to bloat? Try not to get discouraged hun. This happens to me a lot too.
