I'm picky too. I hate certain textures of foods, etc. So what I have done is found ways I can enjoy my veggies. I discovered I LOVE broccoli with low fat cheese. I also love it sauteed in garlic. I agree, don't beat yourself up. We all have these days. Learn from them! I have one "free" day a month. I couldn't do it every week or I would never lose weight.

I think I used to look pretty hot. Back then I felt fat but damn, I was 60 lbs skinnier and I would be more than happy to be that small again.

I can't stand cottage cheese. My hubby LOVES the stuff. I will eat it if it is paired with strawberries but I do not enjoy it.

Yum! that stuff is awesome! My husband introduced me to a Swedish cheese. Its hella expensive but worth it! he just cuts the rind off and I think its edible just as close to the rind as you can get

I agree! I don't understand them at all. A friend of mine did a detox/cleanse and she lost 10 lbs but gained back 20.

I have no idea because I can't view your diary. I eat a ton of fruit a day and I'm always within my calorie limit so maybe its other things during meals that are causing your calorie count to go up.

I like California salad I don't have the recipe handy but its very flavorful and easy to make.

I am looking forward to this week's challenge. I have been needing to work on my arms this will be the perfect motivation to do so. I did a series of weight strength training today.

My 4 year old had surgery today, not sure if I will get around to exercising or not. I feel horrible. Actually I think I WILL exercise. I think it will help me to feel better.
