In the exercise database I can not find Zumba listed. How do you calculate how many calories you burn during Zumba?

I am a nurse. I work in a busy hospital 3 days a week, 12 hour shifts. Those days I am really busy, and I have found that the allocated calories of 1600 which is what MFP sets me at, doesn't keep me full. I do eat tons of protein and fiber. Cheat Days
Do you have one? How often? Do you have guidelines or just forget them a ll and eat whatever, whenever? I was talking to a friend of mine who is very health oriented and she herself has a cheat day and eats ALL day, everything she wants. For just one day every month. Do you have one?

Calories after Surgery?
I had surgery today to remove a baseball sized mass on my left ovary. NOT cancer, yay! I was wondering, should I up my calorie intake during the following days since my body is in the process of healing? I am unable to exercise for at least one week, possibly two. so any suggestions would be very helpful!

How to Calculate calories burned?
My treadmill has a feature to estimate how many calories I am burning. When I plug it into MFP to track my exercise, MFP is always at least half lower than what my treadmill says I've burned. Which one is more accurate? Is there any way to truly tell? I do want to say I am a bit disappointed in the exercise options on MFP.…
