You can also do it with chickpeas and butter beans. Season with paprika or BBQ seasoning and spray with a bit of fry lite.

Hahah...oh god. I went to a buffet in Vegas when I had that peak EAT ALL THE FOOD BUT NEVER FULL hormone freak out. I. Got. Asked. To. Leave. Not kidding. 125lb me, sat by myself in the Mandalay Bay buffet because my husband and in-laws had had enough food after a 2 hour sitting and there was me...still eating plate after…

Feel free to add...always happy to meet folk from the UK, time differences make it a bit easier to engage :)

I'm in! I'm back up to 131lb, ideally want to shed 10 - 15lbs, but trying to make sure its just body fat this time :) Feel free to add :)

Same here. If I get a later workout in though (for example maybe around 11am after sleeping in at weekends), I'll maybe have a banana or couple of dried figs just for a quick sugar/carb hit.

* No concept of personal space - like having a chat literally RIGHT BEHIND the step machine I'm on. Seriously, if I fall backwards you're going down. * Chatters and texters - JUST WORK OUT. STOP TAKING SELFIES WE CAN SEE YOUR LACK OF MUSCLE DEFINITION THAT YOU HAVEN'T WORKED OUT SO STOP #FITFORLYFE * Guys who get on the…

"You'd get it". YEA ONLY IF I WANTED TO GIVE IT TO YOU OTHERWISE THAT'S A CRIMINAL OFFENCE THANKS BYE.

I would say it's not particularly damaging to your overall physical health, but as others have said, be wary of following Durianrider and his pet Freaklee. The woman is an orthorexic, who exercises excessively. Just bear in mind that while she might eat 5000+ calories a day, she's burning off at least half of this on her…

You get rid of toxins by having a liver and kidneys.

Under. Would you rather lose your sense of taste or never have an orgasm again?

Have everything ready to go, so you're not faffing around when you get up. I just roll out of bed, into my contact lenses and gym clothes and off I scamper. Also helps knowing that the later I leave it, the odds of me actually bothering to exercise at all are drastically reduced. I don't love working out in the evenings…

So travel...go find him  TRAVEL! Is what I want to do right now. I just want to jump on a plane with my husband and go surfing off the coast of Sumatra for...well...ever. That's all.

My husband is ridiculously good looking and a lot of women quite openly stare at him when we're out and about. I'm not concerned about him wandering off, but I don't want people to wonder why he is with that chubby chick. I also didn't want to be one of those newly weds that gets settled and fat and gross.

Look at you!! JUST. LOOK. AT. YOU.

I walk to work/home from work (I only live 1.5 miles from my office). Always talk the stairs, arrange to have my meetings in one of the other buildings rather than getting colleagues to come to me, use my lunch hour to walk around the city. It's very hilly here, so it feels like a workout! Sometimes I'll do a couple of…

Went backpacking by myself to South East Asia for two years. Also...got married.

Low fat creme fraiche, although the taste is a little different.

As a woman, I am not keen on the jacked look because 1. My own self-esteem would never let me go out with someone who looks like a Greek god because I'm kind of a scruffy little dork. 2. If a chap spends so much time in the gym to get looking that jacked, odds are we won't have anything in common (had this proven to me…

I tend to hammer it in a work-out to be honest. Sign up for a class that you've never done before. And then drink cider after it. Usually helps me! I tend to go the other way when I'm stressed and lose my appetite entirely (which is not good tbh, well good for the waistline, but how much worse does ones emotions get when…

Touting an all natural diet - fine, you go on with your bad selves. Saying chemo is bad - say it if you want. Periods are bad and toxic and not neccessary - if you need to say it, say it. But then don't pretend that your fake tittys were medically necessary. Nope. Fake breasts have NEVER been medically necessary. Get a…

If you've changed up your diet and exercise plan, then yes I think it's normal. I wouldn't say you're addicted, you're just responding to your body's needs. I generally drink about 3 litres of water a day and up to 5 litres if I'm at the gym that day.

Always take the stairs, arrange meetings with colleagues who work in other offices and walk to them, walk to and from work. I do some squats and lunges every time I go to the loo too, haha. Takes about 3 mins.

My boss did this and lost 84lbs in less than 6 months. She's been really ragey, her skin has broken out and her jowls are starting to sag (she's only 38). She also came off the diet for 6 days for vacation and put on nearly 11lbs. How about the old fashioned way? It seems like an expensive way to be miserable.

I say it's happiness to be honest. When my husband goes away, food is so not important to me and it can get to 4pm before I even realise I haven't eaten anything. When he's around we're always cooking or going out. Food makes up so much of our relationship. It's been a learning curve of finding the right balance. Just…

To be honest - she was at least upfront with you about her jealousy when you said you were back on the diet. That thing about all the guys liking you because you'll be skinny...at least she said that, it makes it so much more obvious. She does sound like she's trying to sabotage you a little bit, but if you've been friends…

Hello, My husband has this and has had it since he was about 7. It's been a learning curve of how to deal with it - he finds meditating very helpful in dealing with his anxiety, as is regular physical activity and just being outside. He also finds a line correlating poor diet to his short attention span (eg, if he has…

Ah, laughing at all the things I missed over the weekend. YOU HAMS. And remembering another one...my husband and I were driving around Australia and took a trip to Nimbin (google it, it's the weirdest place ever) and bought some chuff and pot cookies. I don't get on with smoking, so chomped my way through 3 big pot cookies…

I totally get item number 12 on that list. BECAUSE HAM. My fattest thing was getting the 24 hour buffet pass in Vegas. It was shark week and I ate more in each sitting (6...SIX...sittings in all. Who needs 7 plates of food 6 times in 24 hours? F**ked if I know) than my hungover husband and his 250lb dad put together. I was…
