I eat like 1 Macaroni and Cheese Hotpocket everyday and that is about 200ish calories, and in total, you need 2,000 daily so I really need to eat more.

You need to drink more water. Water is better than soda, and it can cool you down. Soda makes you more thirsty.

I would rate my hydration at least an 11. I drink at least 4 water bottles a day, minimum. I have like 5 sitting in my room next to my bed, and when I'm done with one, I move onto the next one. :love: :glasses:
