Same here but it's gotten better. I would drink plenty of water and eat healthier for the rest of the day..don't starve yourself just because you binged..you'll feel worse tomorrow if you do that.

I've done the same thing! It really shocked me. I couldn't believe how much crap I was eating without even thinking about the consequences. I too was going through a hard time in my life and turned to food as a comfort, but now I'm stronger than ever and feeling great :happy:

I would recommend meal planning for the week that way nothing gets thrown away and you only buy what you need :)

I've noticed that since I've started working out on a regular basis and eating healthier that when I'm on my "sugar pills" my period is extremely light, if anything at all.

I'm about 5ft 1ish and my goal weight is 105-110. I remember weighing 103 in high school..those were the days. Current weight now is 131, but I started my weigh loss journey at 140 in the beginning of January.
