Congrats on maintaining tho!! Thats really good :) Our SW and GW are almost the exact same haha. Fair warning, Day 1 (Fit Test) was the hardest for me. Luckily it does get a little better lol. Lemme know how it goes!!!

Yup! Day 1 of week 2.. I did take before pics. I havent looked back at them yet to compare anything. I havent really even weighed in since I started the program.. I want to wait til i finish week 2. Im trying to lose 32lbs.. So far ive been watching what i eat and exercise and lost 9lbs soo far :)

Ohh I feel like im dying haha. Im only on day 6... Soo happpy day 7 is a rest day lol. My body HURTS but I feel better. If that makes sense.. Funny what a balanced diet and exercise can do for you :)

I didnt read this til after i did my fit test.. I ate a banana about 30 mins before and dinner about 45 mins after.. But boy did I want to puke after that workout.. Ughhh I get nauses thinking about it haha.

I really like it :) Its a rollercoaster for your heartrate. Soo far the 1st weeks really work on you legs.. Youre squating the WHOLE TIME lol

Luckly enough my little one eats pretty well. Dad is never home for dinner (he works nights) so she eats what I eat :) Only thing thats almost imossible to get her to eat is broccoli haha. Rule is you have to eat at least 1 bite.. I chose the bite size lol. She still eats some junk because her dad eats like hes going to…

I have a snacking habit too! I do it with healthy food.. i just eat tooo much of it haha. Ill grab the whole bag of almonds or the tupperware or strawberries and eat ALL of them lol. Ill catch myself and remember that I should stop or im going to be pissed at myself when it comes to stepping on the scale! Reminding myself…

I know exactly what you mean!! I feel soo much healthier exercising and eating right.. But when I look into a mirror its discouraging! I feel soo mch better, now i just want to LOOK better :)

Ohh and I dont go to the gym either.. I bought the biggest loser dvd.. which only uses your body and dumbbells if you want. I also have a medicine ball that i use. I do those 3xs a week and walk/jog 3miles a day..
