Hi All - I had a lot of stuff going on - and sure enough - I didn't log and didn't lose anything (although I tried to watch what I ate) Back to logging - I just keeps me accountable. How is everyone?

Please don't beat yourself up. I had 1 slice of pizza tonite - and it is o.k. Just don't eat a whole pizza. That's why weight watchers is so successful. They allow everything. Just cut down - you can do it!!!! Romy

I walk my two dogs, sweat to the oldies, or just clean house (burns calories).

It seems that a lot centers around food. Hubby is in the Military and since he is the Commanding Officer over a good number of people - we have to go to a lot of functions. And, of course, food everywhere. I finally realized it is o.k. not to eat it....

I took my kiddos to McDonalds for lunch. Bad choice. I had the grilled chicken sandwich (left the fries) - still raked up a whopping 570 cals.

Hi Rachel. I am reading your post - #1 - stop feeling guilty what happened. You cannot change the past - so forget about it. This way you don't feel like a "failure". You can do it and you will.
