Your activity level is more to do with day to day stuff more than exercise. Eg do you stand/walk most of the day, or sit at a desk? Do you move around much at work/home? All the stuff you listed would be added to your daily exercise on MFP, unless you are doing TDEE I'm sure more experienced MFPers will have more advice.
