17kg out of 70, not seeing it yet

Homemade coconut flour & milk calories
Don't know if anyone can help, but worth a shot. I just made coconut milk and flour and was wondering how to divide the calories from the coconut. Should I halve them, or would there be more calories left in one than the other? Tried looking online and couldn't find anything. Tia
