Homemade coconut flour & milk calories

Don't know if anyone can help, but worth a shot.
I just made coconut milk and flour and was wondering how to divide the calories from the coconut.
Should I halve them, or would there be more calories left in one than the other? Tried looking online and couldn't find anything. Tia

I think just try looking up unsweetened coconut milk and defatted coconut flour....that's a tough one, but I sure love homemade coconut milk!!! The homemade flour I have not had such great luck with using; I'd love to hear how yours turned out (mine is always really dry).0

My coconut flour also doesn't soak things up the way store bought does. I do use it in certain recipes, but not all.0
