I did the same, not sweeteners for the first month. I now enjoy a Coke Zero daily, but nothing like the amount I use to drink. Now I do have cravings if I eat too many SAs in a meal bar or some low carb junk food. So they are limited.

I have tried the unrefined and organic cocount oil and it is great in my fat bombs and Bullet Proof Coffee. But just too over powering when frying. :)

After looking at your food dairy, I see you in take some bars that have SAs in them. That ALWAYS makes me have loose stools! I take a few along if on a court writ of working over time and don't have a meal of real food ready. Makes my tummy rumble! :)

I had loose stools about two into keto. Only had it for a couple of days. I eat allot of green veggies and fats, and have a "cleansing" movement about every 5-7 days. I think its just my body flushing its self of waste from the meal plan.

I do a HIT routine three morning a week. I had to wait about a month til I was adapted. I do not take in extra carbs, but then my workouts are high intensity and only last 30 minutes. I am not a big fan of organic and unrefined coconut oil. I like the cheaper and less "nutty" flavor of the Lou Anne's brand I get at Wally World. I fry everything in it and much milder taste. Jerry

I use olive oil based mayo. I have seen Kraft and Hellman have those at the local Wally World.

When I do pork cutlets or cubed steaks, I use pork rinds. I find if you get them smashed into powder, they work better. Also the double dip is almost mandated for a good crust. Messy, but so worth it!

I use to do that when I was married and the girls were at home. Now single, I still make a couple of roast on the weekend and put the measured baggies in the freezer for easy week day meals. :)

I got some last year I hunted. Mostly Snow Geese. Low fat, breast only. I saw Peking Buck at ALDI's! Almost got one. Jerry

Crock Pots are awesome! Just throw together a meal and let it cook while I am at work. I did my last goose breast from last year Sunday. Two beers and the breast and it was awesome after an eight hour shift.

One day goes not a journey make......an episode on a sit com, yeah, but what was I saying? I have had not so perfect days and my body didn't explode. Just enjoy and go on. Tomorrow is a clean plate, I mean slate! Sorry, hunger is taking over. Time for breakfast.

I am in the same boat! I only weigh once a month (5 weeks LCHF so far) to get my marcos recalculated. And as far as exercise, I just lift weights 3 times a week and do a evening walk around the lake on my off days. Not trying to force too munch.

Like what others have stated, just add oils and full fat dairy to your cooking and veggies. BTW, I have been following a keto diet and have never had a pee strip say I was in keto. I agree with the others. You might be just having too many carbs. Everyone is different, but I have to stay <50 or I start to crave. But then you have to listen to your body as well. Maybe you will have to up you calories. And don't forget about water! Your body might be thristy and you think its hunger. If I don't drink…
