I HAVE THE BEST RECIPE!! Used only organic kale. I tried the regular and it tasted totally different(YUCK) 1 bunch kale 1.5 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. soy sauce oven at 300 wash and dry kale. then tear off main stem and into about 4 inch pieces. mix oil and soy in big bowl and ad kale. mix till its covered. on cookie sheet…

my son got my workout gloves for Christmas. I love them! make sure they fit snug and have padding in the palm area. Target has some comfy ones at about $20.

Ive been getting ready for Disney!! I leave at the end of the month! im not dropping pounds fast but the inches are DROPPING!!! down 2 pant sizes! Logging aND ADDING SOME STRENGTH WORKOUTS HAS MADE A WONDERFUL DIFFERENCE!

ok this is what works for me.... 1. Home is my safty zone. I try NOT to buy any Junk food I like. I have chips for husbands lunch but make sure I buy one I dont like. 2. Coffee always saves me. Add flavored creamer. It adds calories but its better then a binge eat!! I also found some Hot teas I like. HOT DRINKS HELP SOOTH…
