I think everyone who starts MFP should have to read this when the sign up. This is one of the most up lifting thing I have ever read on MFP. You should think about writing a book on your experience!

I keep snacks in my pockets and bags. My car even has its own "Snack Bag". If I can enjoy a snack before a meal it helps my portions. With your job I think this would help. Being aware of it is half the battle!

Just do some kind of exercise so that you mentally feel better. You are always going to have slips it how we recover that shows we are serious.

Brush your teeth. I know its hard to believe but once you brush your teeth the craving goes away.Use minty toothpaste.

When people offer me food I just tell them I'm Allergic to that. Only once has someone asked me what happens if you eat it. To that one person I said "It will make me Fat".
