Instead of counting calories i have my son keep track of serving sizes. That way he is learning control now without being hung up on calories. Super interesting to learn serving sizes and easy for them to do on their own. I tell my son we can have ALMOST anything we want but only 1 serving size.

When i get to goal weight im going to pay the money and wait in line for 2 hours just to have dumb picture retaken and see new weight on it!!!!!!! NOW THATS A GOAL

lol im 5'2" and a HALF. going for about 27pounds. im not shedding pounds very fast BUT THE INCHES ARE DROPPING FAST!!!! send me a note if you want to be friends

i have heard of alot of people having this problem!!! up your cals for a couple of weeks. keep close track and see what happens. i agree try 1400-1600. within 2 weeks you should see a difference if that is the case

write down EVERYTHING and at least take a guess at the calories. then when you get back you can plug it all in and see how you did. maybe someone will have a smartphone you can use in place of computer!

i had to buy size 8 for the width of my foot. Now i fit perfectly in a 7!

lol! my favorite part is the smaller underwear! yesterday i was craving fast food and i called my husband for help. i said STOP ME! He told me to go and put on a pair of my smaller panties and look in the mirror. It worked! craving was gone! I love smaller underwear!

i like leg lifts better. much better on my back. start ot with 2 sets of 101 and add a set each time you do them! hits that lower mama belly! lay on back with legs together and slowly lift straight up. then slowly lower then. feel the burn!!!

thats not a Small NSV thats an AWSOME NSV. I gauge how Im doing by my clothes more than the scale! So happy for you! Im finally comfortable in a 12 and im shoting for comfotable in a 10. Good luck. ps i love buying smaller underwear..lol

i use Spirulina to stop the crashes!! its a natural blue green algae. No more crashes for me!!!! lots of info on internet. i like the brand Now foods been taking for 2.5 years. my doctor told me about it.

dried fruit. easy to stick in baggy in pocket and will give you alittle natural sugar pick me up. just make sure u eat atleast 1200 or it will all come back again. slow and steady wins the race
