love the tracking!!! my favorite part is marking the day is done and seeing what weight i'll be in 5 weeks if I keep on track. That makes everything I put in mouth more important. 100 calories a day makes a big difference in weeks.

I have to agree with fruits and veggies. I have to make sure i eat atleast 1200 a day or my weight loss slows down. an apple is a good way to fill in the cals im missing.

I TRY to plug in what Im going to eat BEFORE I go. I stick with resturants I know if I cant plan ahead of time. My husband is nice enough to let me look up food at the table on my phone.:smile: If all else fails get an ALL veggie salad no crutons or cheese and dressing on the side. Dip your fork in dressing then stab away.…
