Thanks guys, I just hear how people loose a pound a week and I was wondering what I have been doing wrong. I will start eating some of my exercise calories back too.

Thanks guys. I don't normally eat much of my calories back. So I guess its not that big of a deal. It was just more less of a personal thing. Just seeing how many Calories I burned was a neat thing to see. Your right klkarlen, I will put it down as that. Thanks guys

Awesome Guys :) Thanks so much. That is what I needed to know. I was kinda freaking out on that part. But I'm eating good stuff with alot of Protein, like Salmon and Cottage cheese and such. I never go over my Calories but of course I'm only on day 3 haha. Thanks again
