I've been doing great this week...I've really been paying attention to my food....I'm eating clean, watching my sodium and eating lots of protein and fiber. I've lost 4.8 pounnds!!! :bigsmile:

All of your ideas are wonderful! :flowerforyou: I do know that when I'm doing good I tend to tell myself I can't have anything junkie and then I cave and I binge. It makes sense to me to allow myself things in moderation I guess I just need to practice with my will power...which is really hard!

You sound just like me! I used to smoke but I have now replaced it with eating snacks...not the best ones either :sad: Everytime I find myself in an emotion situation I eat...I have myself a full blown cheat day then I start back at square one. I lose the weight (3,4,5 pounds) then I gain it back...damn I can't get this…
