Getting myself out of a rut! PLEASE HELP :)
Here's my story! I quit smoking and it took me a year to pack on 17 pounds. I now want to rid of that extra weight but whenever I try and then give myself a cheat day after about 5 days or so of being REALLY good I relapse and I have to start over.
