My personal goals are to: get to be 183. drink 12 cups of water a day exercise every other day. remember to log everything.

I want in too. I am 5'5 SW: 185.6 Goal VDAY: 180. I hope I can get past 180 as every time I hit that mark I gain it back.

I need to lose another 30 or so lbs. been on MFP since last March and lost a decent amount of weight. It's a new year and another chance to lose that ugly fat for good.

I use it for salads and I use it to marinate chicken. Warning: the use with chicken is heavenly and addicting and you may want to cook it for a week straight. :)

It should always be water. If you need to slowly get there, I recommend crystal light but anything else should not count as water. We need water to help wash away the toxins in our body. It took me awhile to get there.

idk. I checked the site. It says I have to eat 2100 cals to lose weight. that doesn't seem right to me. I think MFP is alot more accurate than that.

Apparently I have a slight midwestern undertone to my voice when I am from south florida.....makes no sense. I don't hear it but everyone thinks I have an accent when they are from the northeast and midwest.

SW: 211.6lbs CW: 187.5lbs GW: 160lbs Started in March of this year. I hit a couple of plateaus.( the 90s were fighting back). I am big boned also, I want to see where I am at 160 before going lower. my ultimate goal weight is 150lb.

I do all the time. It is the only one I use. I use one of the presets on my phone usually. I use to have a rooster alarm in my cell before I got a smartphone. It drove my mom nuts. I loved it. I am thinking about changing mine too, I just don't know what. :/

I am with bones. I gained 40 and more my freshmen year in college when the year before I lost all the weight. Just slowly get in routine. I do zumba, turbo jam and MFP challenges. you can do it!
