Welcome! As a student it is hard to keep track of calories when studying but it is easier if you prepare everything in advance. Pretty soon this will be second nature and studying won't be able to come in the way of that. :) add me if you want to.

You can do it!! Just keep doing it everyday and motivating yourself. My motivation hit when my pants size was too much for me to handle.

I have the biggest loser scale and I weigh myself in the morning after going to the bathroom. That is when my weigh is the lowest and most accurate.

Forgot to weigh in last Friday due to Relay for Life. but so far I lost 3lbs this month from 209.2 to 206.2 this morning. last week was so hard to get through since i stopped coming on this site to track my food and exercise due to such a busy week.

lately my cleaner of choice is Mr. Clean's magic eraser. It scrubbed out my shower really good and simple to use.

This is really great to see other college students. I just started on here and I want to lose all the weight I gained freshman year. I know it is going to be tough but at least I know I will have others with me. I am part of my school's martial arts clubs which is great but not always the sole core of my exercise.
