i eat thesamething for breakfast everyday. 1c. greek yogurt, 1 c. fruit. 1 egg, a peice of deli ham and 2 pieces of village heart bread (40calories a slice) with spray butter and waldern farms jelly.

breakfast is the most important meal. It should be the most calories and supper the least amount of calories.

some good products come from Walden Farms- they have no calories, carbs, gluten, or sugar. There many products from salad dressings, to ketchup, carmel and cholcolate sauce. i think they taste good and there are no calories.

good luck. I really like the site. I'm very careful to watch what I eat because I don't want to have to write the food down that I shouldn't be eating.

I loved the diet, never felt hungry. I lost 35 lbs in 4 months. You can eat as much lettuce as you want. There Ideal protein food I thought was great.
