In a blender add:
1 banana (110 cals)
4 tbsp Ovaltine (80 cals)
1 cup Almond Milk (60 cals)
Add some ice cubes to the blender to thicken the mixture.
Total of 250 cals. Enjoy!

I'm not a fan of breakfast either, but what I like about this is that I can just throw everything in the blender and drink it on the way to work! And it's DELICIOUS! I want to try it with chocolate almond milk soon!0
