3 ingredient quick and easy breakfast shake!

In a blender add:
1 banana (110 cals)
4 tbsp Ovaltine (80 cals)
1 cup Almond Milk (60 cals)

Add some ice cubes to the blender to thicken the mixture.

Total of 250 cals. Enjoy!

    Thanks for the recipe.... I'm not a fan of breakfast but the shake sound easy and tasty.

    breakfast is the most important meal. It should be the most calories and supper the least amount of calories.

    I'm not a fan of breakfast either, but what I like about this is that I can just throw everything in the blender and drink it on the way to work! And it's DELICIOUS! I want to try it with chocolate almond milk soon!
