225 lbs this week - GAINED 3 lbs! I have had an incredibly busy week at work though, with very little time for good food and cardio. I am annoyed but not surprised at my gain...

I use a Camelbak too! http://www.camelbak.com/Sports-Recreation/Bottles/Podium-Chill.aspx Best water bottle I ever bought! Every other bottle I tried leaked all down my hand when out running, but not this one. And it keeps the liquids cold. Comes with a clever little pouch for keys, energy gel etc. :happy:

I have tried most of them but prefer the simplicity of MyTracks (http://mytracks.appspot.com/). Its open source, uses minimal resources, and syncs quickly and easily with my Gmail personal maps.
