  • Awwwwwwwww. That's soooo cute!
  • I can get into some of my pants that were tight when I first started my weight loss. I also just bought 2 tee shirts that are large and not the XL that I was buying.
  • My TOM use to be so bad that I could barely move then I went on birth control. Now it has been minimized so it isn't that bad right now. I still take a lot of ibuprofen tho. Just try to move even if it's a walk around the block and make sure you drink a lot of water. Then curl up with a heat pad and watch tv.
  • Also look at TJ Max, Ross, Beals, and other discount clothing stores for new clothing.
  • I did WW a few years back and I I did lose 65 lbs on it but I have gained back 40 of them because I stopped following the system. Plus it was confusing to see how they counted points and I would cheat the system. Pure calorie counting is helping me lose the weight again and I can't cheat this system. It is simpler but I…
  • A friend of mine noticed that I looked different. I haven't lost a lot but I'm proud of what I've done.
  • My officemates are actually really good. My problem is when the contactors come in and start talking to me while I'm on a conference call with other sites. Most of the time this happened when the phone was on speaker (had no officemates then) and I was talking to the phone about site issues that that contactor didn't need…
  • Try to use circut training and enter in the number of minutes. It won't be as accurate as an HRM but you will get something in there.
  • Look into the homemade trail mixes with a lot of nuts, dried fuit, and shreaded coconut. If you are going to be where it's hot I wouldn't recommend anything that requreds refridgeration. Try cheese sandwitches made with hard cheese since those can be left out without going bad. Also try to get your vegetables in too since…
  • Fast pace music and a tv.
  • I love this thread. I will be post pics closer to goal.
  • Look into consignment shops and thrift stores when shopping. There you can find a verity of clothing that are still good looking and costs less then regular stores. Beals and Ross are my favorite right now. Also see if some of the clothing you have can be sold at a consignment shop. That way you get some money to spend on…
  • I had my Implant put in during dec 2012 and I did not notice any major weight gain. I've always done well on birth controle and have never had any side affects.
  • Try coco butter or extra virgin coconut oil. They are really good for your skin but make sure that you are not putting to much on your skin or it will sit on there. Your skin can only absorb so much at a time.
  • I know that WW doesn't keep track of the macros so if you are trying to make sure you are getting a certain ratio of carb/fat/protein you need an additional system.
  • I just decided to do 6 berry bushes. 3 thornless boysenberrys and 3 marionberrys in water reserve buckets. I'm hoping that they will grow tall enough to help shade the south side of my house.
  • It took me three trys to succeed at the week 3 day 1 program. I love to be able to run but that one was a pain in the butt to finished. Just keep going and if you don't succeed one day, give it a try the next day.
  • 15 lbs of skin is a lot of skin. I would be completely terrified to go under the knife for any reason even for necessary surgery. From my point of view you are very brave to do the surgery.
  • I use about a teaspoon when I make my eggs in the morning. I like the taste of it and it is suppose to have healthy fats in it.
  • I fear that my skin will not shrink and that gaining it back. I think those are common fears but I still have them.
  • I hate the scale at the dr office because I can only go in during the late afternoon. So every time I go there I will flip off the scale. At least the mormon nurse gets a laugh while I'm there.
  • Looking at my family history and seeing the majority of what health problems my family has made me change. I also lost 65 lbs on WW before and I know I can do it. Just getting motivated to do it is the problem.
  • I am currently using the C25K from Zen Labs for free. I just finished Week 3 day 1 yesterday on my third try. What I like about it is that you can load up your music to your phone and listen to music while you run. It makes the time go by faster. Make sure you are wearing proper clothing that will prevent your skin from…
  • Curled up in the recliner at the end of the day relaxing with a good book or my knitting.
  • Good job with quitting smoking. Over time you lungs will start to feel better and it will be easier to exercise. Walking outside is great for you. I use to do 2 miles a day when I was at my lowest. Look into 10 min workouts with resistance bands. They make you sore but if you can keep your muscle tone it is easier to lose…
  • Make sure you get good shoes too and with the C25K it alright to repeat days. I've repeated days and I'm only in week 3 out of 8 weeks.
  • I've planned for: Anahime peppers Big Jim peppers Black Krim tomaotes Roma tomatoes Zuccinii cucumbers garlic sunflowers Lavender This year I'm going to try to grow a blackberry bush and a Marion Berry bush in pots with a water resivor in them.
  • Bring some low cal snacks from home and hide your wallet so you can't go to the vending machines. Luckily for me the vending machines are in an area where I need my harsh at and boots so I'm too lazy to get anything from them. I also chew a lot of gum and drink a lot of water to keep me from munching.
  • Clothing, I think. If people are comfortable with doing there own sewing the a good thing to try out is making a duck tape dress form. If you google there are a few blogs out there that talk about it. Using a dress form helps with tailoring clothing and is cheaper then getting a real one because you can make a…
  • I need to get these recipies down in my cookbook.
