I just joined Curves and I'm hoping it works out okay. I simply need to get moving. I got rid of my gym membership and I have dvd's at home and as a student, I can utilize the gym on campus for free. If I really feel like I want to go to a class, I can pay a small fee and go to the Y and participate.

I work third shift and I often make an omelet to take to work, so yes, if it gives you a few extra minutes of sleep, or time in the shower, I sure would prepare it ahead of time. I've never had any issues as long as its kept in the fridge til use.

Just completed my ACLS update and did some CPR on the dummy, but as a critical care nurse, I do a lot of CPR and running codes. It is hard work, mentally and physically. I would suggest an HRM, because that is about the only way you will get an accurate measurement of cals burned. CPR is an awesome upper body workout.…
