I started off at 210 lb. Current weight 141.68 lb and my goal weight where I will be happy is 140-141 lb so hopefully I will soon be there. I started off in tight (!) Size 18 tops and trousers but now wear comfortable size 12 trousers and loose 16 tops.

Since I eat similar calorie amounts and do similar exercise it has been pretty accurate for me, obviously the day to day can be a bit wappy depending what you eat/exercise but by looking at the weekly average I find it hasn't been too far off :)

Good luck and keep yourself motivated :) i also nibble on food and its surprising how it all adds up however I have lost just over 4 stone (59 lb) since starting here and have another 1 stone (14 lb) to go. If you want to add me we can lose it and motivate each other :)

Anyone can add me as a friend. I am 39 and vegetarian. We are all on here to lose weight and be healthy though we all have different ways of getting there. I log daily. I do prefer people with viewable diaries as I am nosey, plus I often get meal ideas.

Different floats on different boats and all that. 1200 works just great for me, I have more energy now, feel great and eat all the foods I enjoy. If it doesn't work for you thats fine, go your own way but it works for me so I'll keep doing what I'm doing.

I put mine in pan with cool water. Bring to boil then simmer (lightly bubbling) for 6-7 minutes. Perfect hard boiled eggs every time. Edit to add - in uncovered pan

If you put it in lowest part of grill and just long enough to melt cheese it shouldn't impact on lettuce. Only one way to find out :)

Arrange prepared shrimp on the lettuce. Mix chopped onion, crushed garlic and grated carrot with a bit of tomato paste, heat through and pour/spread over shrimp. Sprinkle over cheese and grill until melts and bubbles. Serve with a lemon slice garnish. Edit for spelling errors

If you eat fish you are not a vegetarian. Pescetarian yes. Vegetarian no.

Go into search, when it comes up with the food you want (after scrolling through), make sure you tick the box to highlight that food then click add foods. When logging I have missed the tick box and it hasn't logged.

I don't know anything about weightloss surgery but to go to your point of not losing on a low calorie intake. Does your food contain a lot of sodium? Sodium seems to be one macro you are not tracking, it might be worth checking that out. A lot of sodium will make you bloated and retain water, I would say drink plenty of…
