Same thing happens to me in my fave adidas sports bra. It just digs in on my shoulders no matter what I do. I put it on right before I work out and take it off right after, and that's the best thing I have found. I would try some simple first aid cream on them! Good luck, and congrats!

Depends on the store. I've tried, and it settles my sushi craving until I can get the real thing. And they have a calories on there so that's helpful. Wegman's has seaweed salad and its truthfully not that bad!

Agree--- Listen to your knees. Try swimming, spinning, or an ArcTrainer/ellipical. I know it's not running but they do get great calorie burns if you vary the speed and resistance, AND they are much better for the knees. This is when I weigh myself as well- except I do Friday instead of Monday so I feel like I worked up to it all week. Maybe you aren't taking in ENOUGH calories to compensate for all that you are burning-- or the right kind of calories. Just a thought. I'm in the same situation. Best of luck to us all ;)
