Ok, without exercise, I don't do a whole lot. I'm a college student, so I have to walk around campus all day, and that's about it.

OK... So here's my stats straight out if anyone can do anything with them to figure this out: -Female -18 (turning 19 in June) -250 pounds -Goal weight: 150 -5'2 -i'm moderately active -student at day, exercise 3-5x a week.

Ok, I think I changed the settings correctly. If I want to lose 2 pds/week, to go from 250 to 150, I should be eating 1,990 cals a day... So this doesn't include exercise...? So I work out about 3x a week for 40-60 mins. ... so then whatever I burn off I'd have to make sure I get back up to 1,990?

Well MFP told me that I should 2500, I think. I just feel like that's a lot. And 1500?? Are you sure? Sorry, everyone, i'm just so new at this, and bad at math. I just don't want to hit a plateau.
