  • Level 2 Day 7 for me. And I totally agree with the hating her more. When doing punches, you just close your eyes and picture her face...you can really get your heart rate up then!   • We have 2 pit bull mixes. Neo is a Black Lab/Pit Bull and Loki is a Great Dane/Pit Bull mix (we think). I also have a horse named Jezzebel. We will probably go to the shelter around the first of the year to get another dog.

  • I do this every day. I am flexible and will log on and change it if I make other choices during the day, but it gives me a good starting point. I can put my food in and see what I need to aim for during the day. It also helps on date night. If I know where we are going and put my food in that morning, I can easily judge…
