I find that for me, weight loss doesn't happen evenly, it happens in sputters and spurts. Like, one week, 0.3 lbs, one week, 0lbs, one week, 0.5 lbs, and then one week, 2 lbs. It doesn't always come off evenly. Hang in there :smile:

What are you doing for exercise? What's your height/weight/BF%? It doesn't look too bad but you could use more fresh fruits and veggies and less processed stuff. Also, maybe up your protein to 25-30% and see how that works.

If you gained fat, ^^^ that is why. If you weighed yourself the day after working out, it was probably water weight, muscles retain water after you work them.

^^ this. There's like space for 20-some foods I think in the frequently used foods tab, also there's the recently used tab with the same amount. I eat mostly whole foods and I haven't had a problem.

Nope. I was dead average until maybe around senior year of high school, even just around 150 then. Then I gained 50 in college :sad: But now I'm only 6 lbs away from being 150 again, hoping to get to 135!

Only if I'm hungry for them. I usually eat between 1500-1700 a day so I don't worry too much about this, plus I'm never burning more than 400 a day.

I used to think I just wasn't a sweaty person when I did the elliptical and stationary bike for cardio. Now I run, and I sweat through 2 sports bras. If you're pushing yourself hard enough, you will sweat!
