Please tell me, what ARE you doing? I've been snooping in a few food diaries for ideas and ideal macro ratios and I see "you have 123924397334239 extra calories today". I maybe burn about 300 extra a day now, when I was doing p90x maybe around 700 extra...I'm really curious?

I'm in the middle of Week 2 and I really like the program so far! It feels nice to go into the gym, have a plan, do it, and get out! But I feel like I'm missing something. Is 30 Day Shred Enough?
I did 30 day shred back in February for about 10 days and I liked my results, despite not losing any weight. Now I'm adding Couch to 5k to it 3 days a week, and I'm wondering, will *just* 30DS and Couch to 5k be enough to see decent results in about 6 weeks (or 30 days, ideally!) Or do I need to do more?
