30 day shred as a supplemental workout?

So I started the 30 day shred back in January and got through about half of it before I got frustrated that I wasn't losing any weight (in hindsight, nothing to do with 30 day shred) Now I'm about halfway through Couch to 5k and and I've started Stronglifts 5x5, and I'm wondering if it would be too much to add 30 day shred into the mix, seeing as how it's only 20 min?
I haven't been able to get in my runs as much as I would like lately (it has rained for 10 days straight here!) so I figure doing something extra at home might help. Is it too much?
