Agreed with ninkyou - that'll do it. That said, I too had a horrible weekend calorie wise and am up several pounds, I know it's discouraging! Just by getting right back on track this week those extra pounds will fall off quickly :)

Congrats! I think about doing this a lot, but like you said, it's such an ingrained part of my social life as a 20-something city dweller that I haven't been able to yet. Keep us posted on how it's going !

Mix it with tuna for tuna salad - I usually add chopped up bell pepper, then put that on top of actual salad (greens) with feta cheese , raisins and balsamic vinegar...in fact I am having this for lunch right now. Yummm
